Clays

Clay is impermeable dirt with diverse color and texture. It is rarely used as in its brute form just after extraction. It is dried and crushed more or less finely.
Always choose good-looking clay devoid of sand.
It is advised not to use any metallic recipients or utensils for clay preparation.
Also use, preferably, slightly mineralized water.

Green clay:
It is advised to regulate hair’s sebum production. It absorbs impurities, cleans and mineralizes the scalp.

White clay (also called kaolin):
It is advised for dry and devitalized hair as well as colored hair. It cleans without attacking the hair and makes it softer.

Red clay:
It cleans the hair from pollution accumulated during the day.

Yellow clay:
It is rich in minerals. It prevents irritations when used as a mask on normal or fragile hair. It is also stimulating, fortifying and oxygenating.

Pink clay:
It is soft and protects fragile and sensitive scalps.

Blue clay:
It is oxygenating and it nourishes hair by providing magnesium and calcium.

Rhassoul (ghassoul, rassoul):
It regulates sebum secretion and helps in getting rid of dandruffs. It cleans smoothly and gives volume, elasticity and brilliance to the hair.
