In the kitchen

You can save a lot of cash thanks to the magical aliments that you have in your kitchen!

Here are a few of them.

Avocado:
Avocado pulp is very rich. Hair care with an avocado base nourishes the hair deeply and provides it with softness, brightness, vitality and suppleness. Il also has a regenerating effect on scalp.

Beer:
(Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, for external use only ;) )
Beer gives volume to your hair and makes it shine. It makes it easier to comb your hair.

Big salt:
When used to massage scalp, it is going to get it rid of dead cells and allow good blood irrigation.

Coco milk:
As a mask, it has revitalizing properties. It makes your hair brighter. When used for massaging the scalp, it is renowned to thicken and protect hair. It is also renowned to quicken hair growth.

Egg:
The yellow makes your hair supple. It can be used in a shampoo or in a hair care. As for the white, it washes very gently. Be careful not to rinse it with water that is too hot! You could risk finding yourself with poached eggs on your head!

Garlic:
Massaging your scalp with crushed garlic protects against hair loss and stimulates hair growth. (Although, you have to be able to support the smell...)

Honey:
It makes your hair brighter. It soothes irritated and dandruffy scalp thanks to its healing properties. It is also used in order to lighten hair color because it contains an enzyme (glucose-oxidase, produced by bees) that transforms sugar into oxygen peroxyde that is simply oxygenated water. Use it preferably well mixed with other components if you do not want to become bald ;D and let it rest for at least 8 hours for the lightening action.

Lemon:
Lemon is a calcium fighting agent lime. Use it mixed with water for the last rinse, it removes lime from hair and makes it brighter. It is also used to clarify the hair. Nevertheless, be careful because not every hair type appreciates it!

Onion:
Just as garlic, massaging your scalp with a crushed onion or onion juice stimulates hair growth.

Vinegar:
As a friction before hair washing, it revivals the scalp, fights against dandruff and regulates sebum excess.
When mixed in the last rinsing, it removes lime from hair and makes it brighter (the smell disappears once the hair is dry).

Vodka:
(Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, for external use only;) )
As a scalp friction, vodka stimulates blood irrigation (avoid on an irritated scalp, it burns). Mixed it with water for the last rinse or use it plain, vodka is going to tighten your hair scales and make them brighter.
Na zdarovie!

Yogurt:
It is a magical care for dry and fragile hair. It leaves it all soft and supple. It provides volume to flat hair.

For an optimum efficiency, and if you have the choice, preferably use organic products ;)
